Need a taxi? Already selected the price snd got accepted by a driver? LOL maybe you will have to pay 20-50% more for the ride of the driver will slow. GTFO
Too long to wait for a high price. Regular use showed that there are not enough cars not only during rush hours, but also on weekend mornings, when the traffic intensity is lower than on weekdays. Often due to awkward operation of an application the client is forced to choose a more expensive class of the car, just to finally start the trip. Condition of the regular cars for such prices in regular Bolt class (not Economy) are sometimes ridiculous. Forced to use due to lack of competition on the market. Can’t wait to get my driver’s license and to get rid of this overpriced service.
2015. gada 31. augustā plkst. 12:36–12:40 es gaidīju Gertrūdes autobusa pieturā, 52. autobusu. Uzņēmuma autobuss "Very" tīši iebrauca peļķē un apšļakstīja mani un manu bērnu ar ūdeni. Zēns un meitene bija ļoti nobijušies un ļoti skaļi un ilgi raudāja. Kad visi autobusi redzēja mūs trīs gaidām, tie nekavējoties palēnināja ātrumu vai izvairījās no peļķes, lai neapšļakstītu mūs ar ūdeni.

As the joke goes. If my life would be counted in Bolt minutes, I would live forever 😅 Predictions before calling taxi is often very off, if they would be more realistic I would sometimes opt for more expensive and faster option, but even for premium predictions are off. Also, after driver is assigned they still are very off and sometimes double as before and then doubling on the way to me. Today instead of 4 initially predicted minutes, I waited close to 10 and by 2 minutes missed where I had to be. Not the first time really and at some hours the situation is even worse. People use taxis for getting someplace quicly and if predictions are off then it’s useless. That’s on top of the service of Bolt (drivers mostly ok). I already stopped using Bolt food after some issues and rude attitude from support and using Bolt in my country only because Uber is not available. Where Uber is available Bolt has way better service. Decline in quality of Bolt services are disappointing as I was early adopter and always fan of the company and founders who are from our region, always promoting company when in foreign countries where it is available and when possible used to use Bolt not Uber or Wolt. Sad to see that company has forgotten where it started and who were first people and countries that made it what it is now.

Two years ago, my friends and I had a terrible experience with a Bolt driver. From the very beginning, the driver was rude and behaved very strangely. Halfway through the ride, he suddenly turned sharply, and my friend ended up with a cut on his eyebrow. We tried to get out of the car, but he didn’t let us out right away. Bolt didn’t compensate us in any way — they just said the police would deal with it, but it seems everything was covered up. In March, I had another bad trip: the driver was texting while driving and being rude. When I contacted support, they said there was nothing they could do because drivers are “partners” and not employees of Bolt. Today was the last straw. Again, I got a driver who made the trip feel very unsafe — he ignored traffic rules and was yelling while driving. I will never use this service again. There is no help, no compensation, and customer support is completely useless. On top of that, today and yesterday, after finishing my rides, extra money was deducted from my Bolt balance. They claim it’s the “initial price” of the ride, but then why do they charge less from my card before the trip even starts? It just makes no sense.
