Mind the tricks by the APP
Application do many tricks during your request-changing the rate, availability of cars , types of payment and charge extra money for payment by Apple Pay. So take it easy
Bad support, weird pricing etc
Bolt used to be good, now its just bad. The support is just a robot that spams the same answer over and over again.
Many cars around for renting
Thank you for many car options. Thank god i have never had a problem with renting 🤞🏼so far only good experiences! And thanks for the option to refuel the car and get a discount!
Worst
Automatically set’s me in different zone, takes money for delay! It’s a scam!
Overpriced taxi services
Too long to wait for a high price. Regular use showed that there are not enough cars not only during rush hours, but also on weekend mornings, when the traffic intensity is lower than on weekdays. Often due to awkward operation of an application the client is forced to choose a more expensive class of the car, just to finally start the trip. Condition of the regular cars for such prices in regular Bolt class (not Economy) are sometimes ridiculous. Forced to use due to lack of competition on the market. Can’t wait to get my driver’s license and to get rid of this overpriced service.

Blocked good district
Randomly put 6 km/h because I entered blocked district but it was fastest way to ride in my destination point which was allowed
Scooter ride.
Are you crazy? 3.40 euros for 1.94 km, on a scooter.
