Bad system, bad customer support. Drivers always ask for more money otherwise they drop you off the car and cancel the ride. Honestly, it's miserable. I am deleting the App!!

The app is controlled by the drivers, the app will state a price and 99% of the times the driver will ask for double… if you cancel drivers will broadcast ur name and number on their private groups….
Drivers asking for more money
Once u enter the cab and move, almost every driver asked me for extra money, sometimes even double the fee. Horrible!!

Recently, i have noticed that some Lebanese drivers are charging up to three times the amount displayed on the Bolt app when passengers choose to pay in cash. This discrepancy is alarming and reflects poorly on your company's image. I kindly urge you to address this issue promptly. It is essential that either rectify this pricing inconsistency with the drivers to ensure they adhere to the app's rates or implement measures to identify those drivers who are taking advantage of the app's users. the worst app ever
ive been having the worst experience with bolt, the drivers are always rude and greedy, i had one guy ask me 4x the price because i came from the uae which is apparently a treasure to them, i dont mind tipping them good i had one driver get tipped 40$ because of how respectful he was but begging for 4x the price using a sad story is just completely unprofessional and i blame the owners of this app for picking the worst drivers ever

Firstly, motorcycle rides have played a crucial role in meeting the transportation needs of many people in Lebanon, especially during these challenging financial times. Teachers, students, and countless others rely on affordable transportation options to get to their destinations. Motorcycles have been a cost-effective solution for many, allowing them to travel efficiently and economically. Removing this category would impose financial burdens on users who have come to depend on it. Here are several reasons why people prefer motorcycle rides over car rides: Affordability: Motorcycles are typically more affordable than cars, making them a preferred choice for those on a tight budget. Traffic Efficiency: Lebanon often faces traffic congestion issues, and motorcycles offer a faster way to navigate through the gridlock, ensuring that passengers reach their destinations more quickly. Ease of Maneuverability: Motorcycles can easily navigate through narrow streets and congested areas, which is particularly beneficial in Lebanon's urban settings.
