Sub par experience as a new customer. Slow app, misleading driver availability and timing and cancellation fees twice the amount of the ride even tho waiting time is crazy

I had 4 transactions waiting to be reverted. Some random morning as I woke up, they took 10 euros on my card and these weren’t payments I made. Thanks

Ich habe den fahrer mindestens 3 mal ausgewechselt, bekommen sogar noch 2 mol 8min vor der fahrt. Als ich dann cancelnte wurden mir 6Pounds aufbebrummt. Für mich nich zuverlässig.

Really poor car quality, scheduled drives are coming not when you order them and leave in 5 mins charging you. Also support will never help you, they will just ignore and insist that everything is fine.

Unsere Fahrt von Wien Zentrum zum Flughafen war keine schöne Erfahrung. Unser Fahrer HAJI hat uns auf arabisch beschimpft, wollte zuerst nicht dass wir mit Karte bezahlen, hat uns angelogen dass er kein Gerät hätte. Wir haben gesagt wir hätten es gesehen, dann wollte er uns 6 € drauf rechnen weil wir mit karte bezahlen wollten. Als wir nicht einverstanden waren hat er wieder geschimpft. Dann habe ich mit Karte gezahlt und er hat behauptet er hätte das Geld nicht bekommen, ich müsste nochmals zahlen. Ich habe das nicht gemacht weil ich genau gesehen habe auf dem Gerät dass es geklappt hatte. Dann hat er unsere koffer raus gepucht und hat sich die ganze Zeit aufgeregt. Gott sei dank stand ein Polizist neben unserem Taxi, ansonsten weiss ich nicht was er getan hätte. Fakt ist dass er uns doppelt zahlen lassen wollte, was wir gott sei dank nicht gemacht haben. Das Geld ist übrigens von meinem Konto abgebucht worden.Kein Bolt mehr in Wien..

I hate the fact that a driver can accept the ride then drop it. During busy times it should be possible to bid for the ride by offering a bigger tip than the next guy.

If you have any issues whatsoever (dirty car, aggressive driver, not being dropped at the right location) don't count on any support here. I guess you get what you pay for if you're trying to save money with a cheap option like Bolt. For their prices I guess that's why their support options are basically just the bot with generic replies so if you value your time and comfort just pay for a real taxi or uber x.

Je trouve anormal ce petit jeux mesquin. Empocher 9€ (!) pour l’annulation d’1 course à cause de l’augmentation du temps d’arrivée du côté du chauffeur est immoral. Carine devrait garder plutôt des moutons.

Super service chauffeurs très sympathiques et sérieux. Je recommande.
