Got charged 8 euros for 2 minutes

I’ve used Bolt Taxi Service several times, and I have to say, the lack of customer service is incredibly disappointing. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues, but the experience just keeps getting worse. Many of the drivers are rude and unprofessional, which makes the rides frustrating and unpleasant. Every time I use the service, I find myself getting more and more disappointed. Bolt really needs to step up their game and address these issues because, at this rate, it’s hard to justify continuing to use them.

A little disappointed. The driver left me off about 2 blocks from my destination. He also told me to walk a certain way and it was the wrong way.

I get the launch screen but nothing is tappable. Uber it is!

Worst service I’ve ever got .. I have Been trying to book a ride when at last I booked it the driver came and told me his shift is going to be finish and he cancelled my ride …. What is the purpose of the service then ???? Worst service I’ve ever got

I arrived in Malta from abroad and booked a large car because I had some luggage and wheelchair. The driver came with a Toyota hybrid and told me that that is a large car but my luggage didn’t fit. So he left but Bolt still charged me €5.40 for nothing. That car IS NOT A LARGE CAR. IT IS A NORMAL CAR. So BOLT RIPPED ME €5.40

I got charged twice and never couldn’t contact costumer support. Was impossible to contact them and get my money back.:

Got charged extra for two rides and was told that this was due to the ride taking longer than expected, one was at night when there was absolutely no traffic and another one today where the driver didn't get stuck in traffic but had to take a different route because we found the roads closed. If the price is going to be higher than usual that's fine but make sure the charge is included in the price originally agreed on. This only happened when I paid with my credit card. If you're going to use this service make sure you only have just enough to pay for the fare otherwise they might to pull something extra from your account.

Very fast service , clean car top notch service

I used bolt last night 30/09/2024 from airport to precko price was €25 but unfortunately I was charged €85 and it’s showing that I spent 3hr43 minutes in cab yet it was only 30 minutes. I need my money refunded this is robbery not acceptable at all. Driver should be questioned.driver name is Wael Mahmoud mansour
