Bolt: Request a Ride

We have tried to find our Bolt car at two busy Railway Stations, Prague and Vienna. Both times we have received a text to say our driver was here, but we were unable to find him. After 5 minutes we were charged for not turning up. Does the driver know where we are??? I recommend walking a distance away from such a busy place, then order.

My driver was very conversational and enjoyed having the chat I did with him I would recommend anyone to have Daud as their driver is he made my ride very pleasant. 10 out of 10

I requested a trip from CIM moor hall to Delta court. Twice I booked and both times the drivers cancelled the trip. BOLT have charged me twice for both trips! When I enquired the customer support says I have to wait 14 days for them to respond! Very disappointing!

Books some city trips only during twilight hours and also booked trip to airport at Bangkok and driver took the toll road without asking me when there’s no traffic at all. And asked for cash payment afterwards. Contacted support and they basically just keep copy and paste sentences from a script and won’t solve my problem or even acknowledge that there was a problem.

Great app until… you have to contest the parking fines for a scooter ride. You parked in a properly parked area, provided all the evidence with screenshots and for some reason it’s still not enough 🤷‍♂️

When things go wrong, Bolt offers no protection and because you are in a private car - oh well. I was held hostage on side of motorway for 100$ and driven to ATm to pay after getting in a bolt. Verbally threatened and was extremely scared and endangered. Bolt afterwards says it’s not their fault, they have looked into it … and, nothing else. If I’d take a real taxi, I cokld go to police or have a option but bolt doesn’t care, doesn’t look into it. Be aware. Atleast Uber cares about customers

Father’s Day here little traffic as a result driver went faster and was our quickest trip yet on our normal route. Trip even shorter as met by another car 5km from the end. Yet bolt increased the fare from 55 GHS initial fare to 72GhS Other trips bolt can almost double the fare from initial price for little reason Can’t recommend bolt at all. Uber seem to offer more reliable pricing and service
