Cheap but
It’s cheap that’s why driver don’t come !
It just stopped
Claimed i was in a non serviceable area even though I clearly was. Had to push it for a long time for something that was lot my fault
Scam fees, support not willing to talk.
I was suprised by seeing that I got wait time fee for 2 minutes, the thing is that the Bolt driver was at the other side of a ocean i ordered. And that was not where the designated pickup area was.. I told customer service and was informed that “according to Bolt’s rules, waiting fees are non-refundable”. Thats fine, but he was not at the right place.. what rule said that you can start the timer if you are not at the right pick up place? I tried to contact customer services, there bot Alfred just says the same thing over and over, got in contact with a real person, that just gave me the generic answer, not even reading my messages, and now they are not even answering me

Bolt have one of the worst customer service i have experienced. There should be a way to contact customer service immediately in need’ but there is no way. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!

Updated.. MODERN SLAVERI. Dear client I hope this message finds you well. We need your help to bring to Bolt's attention an issue regarding their current taxi trip pricing. Due to increases of prices, our company's expenses and bolt platform's comission, the current pricing structure has become unsustainable for us. As a result, we find ourselves struggling to cover our operational expenses, we have to work really long shifts at a really low profit which is impacting our ability to provide the level of service you deserve. I understand the importance of offering you competitive pricing, but we also need to ensure fair compensation for our services. The current price for this trip is not sufficient to cover the costs and unfortunately I cannot drive you to your destination. I am really sorry about it. To ensure that this matter is addressed promptly and effectively, I kindly request that you reach out to Bolt's support team at your earliest convenience and explain to them that this issue is affecting the service you've been receiving. And that we taxi drivers need better work conditions. Please do so without mentioning any specific case. Thanks a million for your understading Best regards, Taxi drivers in Oslo. Bolt er ikke en onkelig selskap, de behandler sine sjøfarer som slaver og betaler veldig dårlig. Plus de gjør juks i regnskap også. De tar forselig pris fra kunde og regner en an for sjøfarer.
