Unsafe and Untrustworthy App ⚠️
I experienced aggressive and unsafe behavior from a Bolt driver, and when I reported it, the company completely ignored my complaint. Their support is nothing but copy-paste responses with no real action taken. This app is a serious risk to passengers — they protect bad drivers instead of customers. ⚠️ Stay away from Bolt. Your safety and dignity are worth more than trusting this company.
