I got a Bolt driver from Euston Station going to my hotel in central London. The driver dropped me off at the wrong location despite my selecting the hotel with correct location on the app’s map. I ended up walking 2-3 minutes dragging a suitcase and backpack to the hotel. I gave the driver a low rating, the app’s bot asked why, I explained, and it responded back that the drop off was within “an acceptable radius”. Very unreliable. Prices offered aren’t even final.
I am very happy with bolt application because there are many different options and prices.

The drivers suddenly stop showing after he start texting. And then I requested a refund they did not do that. And the got half the price of the trip as cancelled fee. Just sound like scammers when other places bolts working fine.
I booked a ride on 11 June from Disney land, it got canceled several times. It wasted my one hour waiting for different drivers. Each time it was showing that the car is coming and after few minutes it got cancelled. Drivers was around but they were asking for a different rate
Some mention within 2 minutes but the driver will arrived after 3 or 4 minutes
