you say that one ride is 0.25€ but you take a lot more and it is not fair. you can’t do this to young people i will press charges against you!!
Unreliable
Unreliable, they string you along until the last moment and then drop you at the very end. Really bad business practice…
Scooter malfunction
bolt scooter stopped working and turned off. im still being charged right now as we speak i dont know what will happen. There is also no where to report the issue.
Driver scammed me / support unavailable
I got charged 27 instead of 11eur as driver kept driving and didnt finish our ride.
code problem
I’m not getting code for verificarion. Support center dosen’t help.
My experience in Ljubljana?
Bad. If u are a little out of center, there is one - 9 min away. When you get there - it's out of batteries. When you got one - you have to change your paying method. Both times I then took electric bike, no problem with payment. Goodbye Bolt!
Very bad experience
To rent a scooter in Ljubljana doesn’t work at all. Waste of money and time.
An application that has no control
Every arrival that takes 5 minutes, count it as 35. Drivers are always late, they always take other routes. It is always a problem to find drivers, even if they are free, and they often know to cancel after more than 15-20 minutes of waiting for them, still without explanation. Wherever I went on time, I was late because of all of the above.
