Lack of urgency with Bolt is absolutely ridiculous! You only work when you trend for all the terrible things your criminal drivers do! I was homeless and your rude stuff did nothing to help and did not attend to my matter with urgency

Hi Perhaps give an option to increase the ride cost before confirming cause at late nights most drivers do not want to driv a certain distance for R60 perhaps if there was an option to increase it willingly before confirming that would speed up confirmations and service.

NO REFUND
besides all the rape stories and robberies going on on this app, i have not been refunded my money from a driver not showing up and i reached out 6 times my money is still not in. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD, CANCEL BOLT, BE CAREFUL

Bolt cash
It’s been several trips when you ask a driver to add your change to bolt cash and they don’t do it. That’s stealing money from clients. You only realise that after rating them and there is no option to write a complaint about it.

I was charged twice for a ride in Budapest! I will never again use your pathetic service. They stole my money.
Discount and refund
Never shows on the driver app if passenger has a discount and I never got my money back on a cancelled trip.
