My mother just forgot her phone in the car name of the Driver name Sharief I’m very dissatisfied with bolt don’t recommend the app to anyone sober or drunk the drivers is also crooks.

I can’t understand why bolt chargers more than R200 for a 8 minute drive unacceptable!

Do not use the card option they will overcharge you. I had R45 trip. There were no delays no traffic and I noticed they charged me 162 on my card

The people who designed this app should be shot. App is not user friendly at all. I can’t book a ride in advance. Totally unacceptable.
Reliable and safe!
I always know I can rely on bolt whenever I am stranded or need to transport my family from one location to another and I love that they are available 24/7 and can take you to any location!
Ban bolt
Bolt is a good and affordable option sometimes but it does not guarantee your safety although they say they will look into every matter that happens it’s a complete lie,they don’t care as long as the getting paid,they never look into a matter or into their drivers you could call and file a million complaints but nothing will ever happen, if you are a lady travelling alone I suggest you send your location to everyone and also make sure you carry something to protect yourself, Bolt won’t guarantee your safety neither will the SAPS ladies be safe
Accepting a ride and not pitch up!
I requested a ride and was accepted. The time was 15:10 when she accepted! It said the driver is 1 minute away, that’s where she stays. At 15:25 I had to go to her house to ask her to cancel the trip for it is charging me cancellation fee on my side. Why accepting a ride knowing you not ready! Very disappointed customer 😞
