Perfect way for transport in city. But sometimes car and driver quality is very very low! You need better filters while choosing driver and car.

Bolt uygulamasını ilk defa Portekizde kullandım. Taksi yerine sürekli olarak şehir içi bolt kullandık. Gerçekten hem ucuz hem konforlu hem hızlı. Keşke Türkiye de de olsa!!

It has more affordable prices and more options than other applications, the drivers are reliable and the vehicles are always clean, the drivers are polite and courteous.

Overcharging and Unsatisfactory Resolution

During my first experience with Bolt, I encountered a significant issue. The Bolt driver overcharged me by 35 AZN. As a tourist in Azerbaijan, I had limited experience using Bolt and was unaware of the typical taxi fees. The driver charged me 42 AZN for the ride. The following day, I discovered the standard taxi rates at my hotel and promptly contacted Bolt customer support to address the situation. Unfortunately, Bolt informed me that they are unable to process a refund for cash payments. Instead of refunding the overcharged amount to my Bolt account balance, they provided me with three 5 AZN promotion codes. This resolution did not meet my expectations, as I had specifically requested a refund to my Bolt account. As a result of this experience and the unsatisfactory resolution, I have decided not to use Bolt anymore. I also do not recommend others to utilize their services based on my personal encounter.

Do not trust about payment with credit card

İ was using bolt app about one and half year. It has a payment option with credit card. But you can not pay with your credit card because of technical issues after each app update. Sometimes it does not accept digital credit card sometimes normal credit cards. If you do not have cash you can not order a taxi. When you try to order with credit card, they offer you to cancel the order because they can not accept payment with card, and then blocked you for 1 hour because cancelling orders. Useless app.
