They took my money and they didn’t even refund and they are now putting me on negatives what’s that supposed mean yet I stopped using the app

Bolt has the worst drivers have ever met everyone who accepts a ride wants to go off app and and charge higher so am wondering why do we even have an app in the first place. Have been searching for hours and am furious please tell your drivers to leave the app if they feel prices are not fair😡😡😡😡

The driver kept asking for more money and I could rate my driver. Also it looked like he was using somebody else’s account.
