Bolt: Request a Ride

I had to catch a flight to the airport and needed a Bolt taxi from London and one after the other all Bolt drivers were accepting my booking and then cancelling at 4m. I even texted the last one who confirmed and begged not to cancel as I had no other means to travel. Totally unreliable and I will stop using Bolt

Not happy at all drivers very rude bad command of English and completely have no knowledge of London roads or how to use sat navigation. DREADFUL DREADFUL SERVICE NEVER EVER AGAIN.

My bolt ride yesterday was d worst ever. D driver was inconsiderate and rude. He dropped me off before my destination, knowing I have challenges walking and he had d guts to charge me extra after he stopped d ride abruptly and opened d boot to take my luggage and complained that I didn’t put d right post code. It is d same post code I have used since riding with bold. This driver (Michael) should not be allowed to be with vulnerable people. I hope not to see him again.

Very disappointed in the Dubai implementation of Bolt. When I order the premium option, I receive the standard cars and not premium cars. What is the point of paying more if I’m booking the same cars? Premium charge should have premium vehicles with premium service. Not standard service at premium prices.

I booked a taxi a day in advance to get to my home from an appointment. My appointment finished and the taxi said it was on it’s way and scheduled arrival was between 4:35 and 4:45. I finished my appointment at 4:20 and waited and then at 4:42 the taxi cancelled on me! I was in a rural place and couldn’t get a last minute taxi either due to Bolt’s last minute cancellation!

I just got robbed on the app, I spilled some water on it and the driver got it dirty and they charged me 60 pounds for “washing the car” I just contacted customer service and they tell me they can’t help me, it’s definitely an abuse. Don’t use Bolt, use Uber

Used app twice and you can’t tip drivers ! Not ok. Need to sort this out. Also could not leave last driver a review !

I was waiting for driver to submit my application. But nothing. I was waiting more than 10 minutes. There were not a driver who was able to accept my request. I try to. Request driver on King Cross station- nothing. After I tried near Old city station-nothing again.

Most useless app for Portugal. Needed a bike in Porto, had to re-instal the app & go through security. The code didn’t come through, instead I was told “too many attempts - try again later” by which time I was half-freezing to death. Got an uber instead, worked like a dream. Now

Noticed when booking a bolt the driver will just stay stationary for 5-10 mins. When they arrive they don’t apologise for the wait, they make it seem like they doing me a favour. No im paying you good money
