Why don’t you add send a picture to driver feature? It will much more convenience, thanks!
Avoid it at all cost
It always give you 1 price and the hidden fee. I book it for 70$ but the final cost is 100$

Great service with cheaper price, all driver i called are friendly and polite.

The bolt app compared to any other app is far better. The rates are more reasonable than the other apps.
Bad GPS technology & customer service management
Scooter always have trouble with GPS. Rider couldn’t end the ride when needed even in the right designed parking locations. Unable to end ride lead to so much rid that someone else or kids gonna take the ride and possible accidents might happen. It took 3 hours for Bolt to react on request for reviewing and there is no emergency contact possibly to manage from Bolt. Really disappointed and hope the company can look into risk management and take care of the community!
Please add a sending picture feature
Please give users/ customer a sending image feature to driver, I love this app, 5 stars but I can send picture to driver to locate the picking up location, -1 star !
rude driver
The driver acted violently and rudely towards the customer and he even charged me double the amount on the app. I need answers and support, I'm a tourist coming to Thailand, don't let me post this about the driver on your app on social networks.
