Booked Bolt from Suvanabhum airport in midnight and that was a terrible experience. First trip, they requested me to pay by cash meanwhile I have already chosen the card method. Second trip, they passed my trip to another driver, the car plate is not the same as the app. I refused to get in the car as consequence. Hope u guys can improve theese problems.
Charged 30% more. There is no clear price breakdown in the app. GRAB is better!
Drivers charge us 50 baht for toll fees without aing us because we are foreigners

i went to thailand and the driver stole my phone, then i contacted Bolt and it has been a month yet still no updates for me at all ???? Worst service ever
