In my society, power fluctuations are common, but we have power backups. However, when the power goes out, EV charging pauses and doesn't resume automatically when power returns. To restart it, I need to manually reconnect through the app via Bluetooth. Please fix this issue.
Its really not taught through You have to keep checking if the charging is on going. Especially if the power goes off and comes back on.
Helped me in a dire situation.

One of the worst app ever made where they don’t have the option to refund the wallet money to ur source account. The devices which they have put most of the devices doesn’t work pathetic company and service
I don’t know about the app, but the device itself conked out after just 9 charges. Wouldn’t recommend investing in this piece of junk.
The device itself has a lot of problem concerning electricity. No stable electric solution. No one plans on fixing the hardware, every time I raise a ticket, they send steps on restarting the MCB switch or clearing phone cache.
