Impossible acheter des billets
L’achat des billets sur le téléphone est possible seulement sur certains smartphone. App complètement inutile.
Not useful for tourists or international travelers
Okay, one can use the app to plan a journey. But it seems impossible to buy tickets if you're not a resident of France. To buy tickets, you apparently need to have a Passe Navigo. It's hard to find out this relevant information from the information presented in the app.
Useless for the visitor to Paris
You can’t buy a ticket unless you have a Navigo pass. Pathetic!

Franchement elle ne sert pas à grand chose, vu qu’on ne peux pas acheter de billets avec! Sérieux les gars, il va falloir évoluer un peu, allez voir à Londres ou à Berlin comment ça marche, parce que là, pour les JO, au mieux ça va faire rigoler tout le monde!
Impossible de voir les trajets passé; pas de ticket dématérialisé
Je trouve cette application très peu pratique pour deux raisons: - D’abord, il est impossible de voir les trajets passés… or, cela est absolument indispensable, si l’on a un trajet long avec plusieurs correspondances. Par exemple, si je ferme l’application en cours de trajet et souhaite reconsulter mon trajet, celui-ci n’est plus disponible et je me retrouve perdu. L’application SBB pour le rail Suisse est très bien faite sur ce point et la ratp pourrait s’en inspirer. - Ensuite, il est impossible d’acheter un ticket dématérialisé sans pass Navigo… c’est totalement absurde, sachant qu’il faut avoir une adresse parisienne pour pouvoir avoir un pass (en tous cas c’était le cas il y a deux ans, peut être que cela a changé). Bref, encore pas mal de points d’améliorations!

Presque cinq étoiles pour une application sur laquelle il n’est pas possible d’acheter de billets sur iPhone ?? Aberrant ! Si j’avais pu, j’aurai mis 0.
