## Bonmarché Bonus Club Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Needs improvement"
When first opening your app there should be a search option
-- Teddythewestie, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Could be a lot better"
The app serves a purpose but there’s so much more it could do. I wanted to buy online as I have four 10% discount vouchers but there’s nowhere to redeem them. Anywhere I go into on the app says it’s not a trusted source. Needs sorting out.
-- Ags6969, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Not impressed"
So far I’am not impressed with this app when I created an account on it it changed my card number. I thought it was a mistake I had made so tried to edit it only to find that you can’t edit it on the app so I deleted the account and created a new account carefully entering my card number so as not to have the same issue again and guess what it changed my card number again also I have used my card in store a few times and there’s no record of it being used ever so no bonus points have been credited to my account. I then tried to contact the company via the app only to get a message warning that this isn’t a safe site 😡

### **--- "Needs a lot of improvement"
The app shows your bonus stamp card and stamps, it’s expiry but does not allow you to redeem them . There is no way to include those stamps to your current basket. It’s so frustrating!
-- Nb1576, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Rubbish app"
Tried to buy clothes using app would not accept discount code then when after entering card details it then closes and nothing else happens
-- It’s s**t, 2024-11-11

### **--- "Okay"
The only downside is having to see Lorraine Kelly on here and the adverts.
-- Homequeen, 2024-10-28

### **--- "App"
You can’t seem to go on the app and put trousers , or whatever item your looking for , they appears to be no search box
-- Jane pm, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Can’t even register"
Can’t even register your card with this apo as it always gives a “dial tcp nnn.nn.nnn.nn: i/o timeout”
-- Tiki_Gamer, 2024-08-13

### *---- "What’s the point?"
Well. This is pretty useless. Times out within a second of me entering my email to access the app and does nothing anyway. Deleted.
-- Canthavethatname, 2024-07-31

### **--- "Bank card details"
Please add the Apple wallet & make deleting old cards easier!
