## Boogie Board Jot Reviews in United States

### *---- "Great idea bad implementation"
For a brand new boogie board had the app qr on the box. The app is simple yet there is a major problem. The scan area cuts off all the size. I even manually select the entire area and it still cuts off the size. That’s just bad implementation. I have to extend the size by almost an inch and a half outside the board writing area just to get it to work properly. Since there is no calibration and I don’t feel like doing this every time I’m not going to continue to use this app if they are not willing to fix a minor issue like this.

### **--- "Needs fixing"
Incredibly annoying and frustrating that the scan won’t pick up the bottom inch or so of the screen. Also cuts off corners. What’s the point of making this size of boogie board if your app won’t even scan the whole thing. Makes shopping list get cut off.
-- Hhfhdhjj, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Never works on iPad mini"
Scan seems broken. I like the real boogie board, this app seems like beta software not ready for prime time.
-- Boogie Beta, 2025-04-12

### *---- "Pointless app"
There is no reason to have this app when you can just take a picture yourself with your own camera and have a lot less headache because you scan your board and then it doesn’t get all the edges it doesn’t get the light writing it’s got to be heavy and bold or is doesn’t pick it up well it’s just a chore to use #DoBetter
-- Greg Fultz, 2025-04-03

### *---- "Do not buy"
Do not buy it is junk, $19 is to much money for trash
-- noel cast, 2024-09-01

### ***** "Can work on any of LCD writing tablets"
You can use it for any of LCD writing tablets you ordered from Amazon! Not only Jot Boogie Board tablets. I learned some tricks with this app from YouTube!
-- Natalie Coninx, 2023-05-08

### **--- "Nice design but bad reading"
The design of the app is nice but when i go to read the drawing off my jot it cuts off some of the drawing and almost all of it is erased, it does not read the entire thing.
-- Attlo, 2022-10-07

### *---- "I was wrong 😑"
Ok,It turns out that all you need to do is put your boogie board on a piece of paper. If you do that than it looks just like the advertisement. 🙃
-- Definitely Noob 1223, 2022-02-26

### ***-- "Boogie Board Note E-Writer"
I live this thing! BUT, when I open the camera to scan my notes about 1/2 an inch is cut off from the top and the bottom of the board. Consequently, my notes are “butchered” in a sense. I have to try to keep taking pictures to and try to find the right lighting for it to take the whole page of notes! I’m utterly upset about spending $19.99 (PLUS TAX) for this item at Target. In addition, there is only one color highlighter option in the boogie board app for this item. I’d like to request my money back for this item until improvements are updated. Thanks! Please, contact me.

### ***-- "Might but probobly wont use often"
It doesn’t get the best pictures all the time but besides that is is pretty good
