Rlly great cloths been shopping for years never been disappointed by the material

missing items

I have been trying to contact this company since June 2nd because I'm missing part of my order. I received my black slip-on shoes but not the other pair. Despite my efforts to reach out, the company is hard to get in touch with. I think I'll have to send an email. This experience has been disappointing, and I won't be using this company again due to not receiving the shoes I paid for.

You get so many different types of clothing styles while all being affordable.

Decent products false advertising

This site/app has good deals (usually) and decent clothes. But the prices and offers are almost always inconsistent. You can see a shirt 1 day for full price and then it will be 50% off the next. They also have “deals” that push you to buy more for faster shipping, but then don’t give those options or exclude it from Your cart side to a few or even 1 item. These tricks and false advertising should be stopped and a class action lawsuit should be filed (again). Things that can be cleared up with a partial refund or at the least acknowledgment of a false claim on their end. So far I’m very displeased with how this app is being run. We need to go back to buying in store…

Fake advertisement

Fake advertisement clothes on the site looked thick and nice quality and when they came in it looked like a cheap white shirt with the desgins pressed on

Great app and brand

The clothing material is so wonderful for the prices. I like that there is basically almost a sale going on making the prices more reasonable. Nowadays you pay like $40-$50 for a sweatshirt or decent looking jeans which is ridiculous lolll. But not on Boohoo. The only thing i would say its missing is a reviews section. It would be helpful to know what runs big/small (especially bc a lotttttttt of their items run really big) And what is worth buying and whats not.
