The app is very poorly design and most features don’t properly work. You can’t even update your email, password or manage your account.

Pretty good
I use the app pretty regularly, and it’s pretty intuitive when it comes to making selections and paying. It has Apple Pay, which is good. The fact that you can load your last order is definitely handy. However, I have two issues: It doesn’t have the password field marked as a password field in the code, so it doesn’t trigger the option for me to load my password from my iCloud keychain. My password is long and impossible to memorise, like a good password should be, so it’s such a pain when the app periodically logs me out and I have to manually go find the password in my keychain and copy and paste it into the field. It’s not an issue I’ve seen on another app or website in many years, but it should be a very easy fix, so I hope it’s changed. Also, the fact that you can’t claim your free burrito in app is annoying. If it’s because you have to pay for extras on the free one, I imagine you could just apply it as a discount to the total.

Still have to wait in store
Don’t really know what the point of the app is, as everytime I’ve ordered the store haven’t received it and I have to wait for them to make my order- it’s literally quicker to order in person. Pointless

So clunky and malfunctions every time I use it. Should have had a few free ones by now
So glitchy
This app is awful I can never log in. I’ve gotten in twice ever. Just reset my password there and it still didn’t work keep getting error message. Useless
Useless in Dublin
The link to download this app is on the Republic of Ireland website but it’s of zero use unless you are using it in NI.
Ordering did not work
Downloaded the app and attempted to order a burrito from the Cork location. Would not let me pick the beans or meat filling. Drop down box would disappear. Tried on their mobile website too and same issue.
Needs improvement
The app features are ok and it has decent UX but the biggest and most annoying flaw off the app that brings the score way now is the login. The app doesn’t hold a logged in session long enough so I keep getting logged out. When I go to store and open the app to pay or get loyalty points I suddenly realize I’m logged out which causes much frustration and panic at the till as a queue forms behind
No Deliveries
The only reason I downloaded the app and signed up was cause i thought there would be options to collect loyalty points on my favourite delivery. I use the Deliveroo to order literally tons of burritos..lol It would’ve been nice to be rewarded for the loyalty. Unfortunately it’s not the case, no delivery option and hence no loyalty rewards for me. So I guess I’ll stick will Deliveroo. Also, no option to delete my details off this app, I have to go through the whole email routine. That’s bad design, developers don’t make it easy to quit the app, so I won’t be leaving happy. Won’t sign up to anything else by boojum, Just my burritos. Why give out your info if it’s not easy to get it off. So for the above, 1 star review. Sorry
