## Book Clubs Loop For Parents Description
This application allows you to submit an order for Bookclub using the Club Catalogue given to students by the Book Club Organiser or Teacher. By registering, adding the child/children, school and class, orders can be very easily input by typing the three digit item code from the catalogue. Payment is then made at completion via the secure Westpac payment gateway.

There is no need to return the Order Form to the School. Orders placed are sent to the Organiser who can view them and submit them with all other student order when they are ready.

Like many others opinion it seems like who ever created this app didn’t test the app extensively. App is too slow, and at the moment of writing I am trying to buy books and the app doesn’t load at all even after downloading the most recent update. I wonder how many sales they are missing out on because of these app issues. We can’t be bothered after trying some time we give up and order books from amazon or somewhere else.

I suspect that the designers have never actually tested the process of trying to order a book using this app. There are so many things wrong with it. The search function does not work. It’s impossible to view an existing order without adding to it. It regularly crashes and times out. 

This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I’m actually considering getting cash out of the bank and putting it in an envelope to order books so I don’t have to deal with the rage-inducing process of using this app.

The app does not work. Had to load it multiple times over a few days to try and place the order. It also gives you the option to search the item yet that doesn’t even work. Fix your app or I won’t be purchasing again.

Doesn’t add books to cart on entry mode and keeps circling back to the main ordering screen! What’s the point of promoting your book club catalogue through schools if you don’t have an effective platform for ordering???

Really cool to be able to order books for my kids but the UI is painful.

Fonts are small and buttons are unintuitive. Some font colours are super difficult to read, eg white on light grey.

Descriptions for books don’t need to be buried three menus deep.

Could do with being made a lot cleaner and simpler.

- When I go to log in, the message “Error try again” comes up. My password is saved so shouldn’t be the issue, but let’s admit it’s a password problem…
- I try “Forgot my password” to have it resent to me, that doesn’t work either “Error try again”
- Finally try creating a new account, crashes again with the message “error try again”.

Hopeless…

I almost didn’t download because the past reviews are so bad but I had no issues registering and placing an order. If it keeps working like this it will be a pretty easy way to place orders - better than filling in a form by hand.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to update my profile to update my kids’ classes from last year… and it won’t let me put in an order unless I do! Very annoying.

Anything you click on just says “error” so it is impossible to log in, change password.

Don’t even think about trying to order books… it is impossible to even get to that section!

I can’t even register. However it seems to be a Scholastics platform issue as I could not register online either.
Both the app and website triggered an error.
I even tried a different email address as a test and the outcome was the same.
Kudos to those who are successful.

When it works I find this the most convenient way to place and manage orders with the Scholastic Bookclub. 
The app seems quite buggy though. Most recently I found that if you have not updated your child’s class number for the new year, instead of prompting you to do so the app just crashes.
