Åndsvagt
Jeg havde fået en gratis prøveperiode på 90 dage, men det viser sig, at man ikke kan opsige abonnementet uden at miste den gratis prøveperiode. Dette virker som en fælde, der gør det svært at holde styr på, hvornår man skal opsige. Jeg glemte at afmelde, og nu er jeg blevet trukket 130 kr, hvilket er alt for meget for 100 timers lytning. Det virker helt urimeligt og åndssvagt, at det skal være så svært at opsige noget, man bare ville prøve.
Bad selection, often issues with app
The book selection is really poor and I have to delete and reinstall the app at least once a week for fixing technical bugs (this is the official advice from support).

Med premium burde man have ubegrænset adgang til bøger - ikke “kun” 100 timer.

Virker ikke i baggrunden
Ud over at jeg ikke vil have en begrænsning på hvor meget jeg kan lytte som betalende abonnent, driver det mig til vanvid at afspilningen stopper når jeg slukker skærmen eller skifter til en anden app.
App lukkes vis andre app åbnes
Er mega træls at det ikke er muligt at anvende andre apps imens der lyttes bog. BookBeat lukker ganske enkelt bare. Det samme gælder når skærm går i dvale
Annoying selection of books
I would say over all the UI is quite alright, it is pretty easy to navigate and I think the app has potential, but omg why are most of my books in Danish and why is there a reason that I can’t change default language? The app is in English and I would like to remove books that are in Danish from my suggestions but it appears to be impossible. Also I prefer to read but there’s barely any choices for actually reading the books and mostly just listening. And if there are books to read most of them in Danish, and I prefer all my books to be in English. Just really not the best selection in regards to actually reading the books and the iconography in the app isn’t very clear as well.
