They have no clue when it will be resolved and when the customer can expect a delivery. No mentioned of any delays while placing the order on the app/website. Not buying from them again. The experience has been good. The best thing is the quality of used books. They are really well maintained. Choice of books varies with authors and while it cannot compete with Amazon, it is not expected too. For some authors, the choice is quite elaborate while it’s scant for others.
