My patience love this booking site. I do all the bookings. I do not let them book appointments, but that’s OK. What they really like is the confirmations reminders that I have set up for their appointments I do plan to try the PayPal system for payment but at the moment my only comment would be I wish my phone number would show up when I do send the confirmations because it does confuse some of my older patients, other than that, I would recommend this program to anybody that wants a good reliable for booking their patients or customers

Taking away the ‘Activity’ access when it’s the main reason most of us use this booking program. How does it make sense to remove that function when we are paying for the ability to easily access what clients are booking/cancelling? Many of us are using the ‘solo’ option because we don’t need more than one calendar and we don’t have employees. Just up the ‘solo’ rate if your company is struggling with money so we know up front what we are paying for and notify us first…. taking away features we picked this booking program specifically for is not professional and doesn’t feel safe. We have invested in your app and have important dates with clients and information we need for months and months, and it feels like it would be safer to use a different booking program that will not be randomly adjusted to force users to pay more to ‘unlock’ features they ALREADY HAD. Transitioning these bookings into a safer app before closing out the existing is very time consuming, and tracking payments properly for deposits after losing the Bookedin app’s record is extremely unprofessional to work through. There was a better way for your company to do this….i loved this app, but now I feel your company is untrustworthy.

I’ve been using  bookedin for about 8 years now. Ive been recommending this app to stylist for years. If you’re ready to take your business to another level I recommend using this app. The second I book a client the app sends a message to their phone with all their booking information, a reminder text the day before, and then the day of their appointment. Say good by to the “oh I didn’t know I had an appointment conversations” and the day before reminder phone calls/ texts. It makes my life and schedule way more manageable. I can save client formulas or any other info/ notes I need to. Clients can also schedule their own appointments. It just makes scheduling easy.

I’m a barber and this app has been amazing. It seems to have everything I need and My clients have been able to navigate it without having to reach out and ask for help. Which is incredibly helpful on my end. I get to choose how far out my clients can book and I can adjust my work hours as often as needed. I like that I set my time for each service but can adjust it on individual appointments if needed. The referral program is great too. I would highly recommend giving this app a try.
