## BookGanga Reviews in India

### *---- "When I click ‘My Orders’, the App quits"
Poor quality app.

The BookGanga App does not let customers review their own orders using ‘My Oders’ functionality. The App abruptly quits (exits). So, what’s the point of having this option on the App?
-- Umeshvk, 2024-08-23

### ***** "App is Good"
Basically the content of app is wonderful and specially books they have with them are of good quality, must read books.
-- Pankaj P Sehgal, 2023-10-13

### *---- "Very bad service"
One of the most bad service provider
-- Krushna Patil Patil, 2023-05-21

### **--- "Not able place order"
Overall app is below average. Some how I am managing the features with some workaround solutions. The biggest disappointment is not able to book the order. After adding things in cart, it is paused on address page and not moving to payment section.
I am making all payments through web portal 😞
-- Milind Dhokre, 2023-04-01

### *---- "Need improvement"
Cannot buy book from app need major improvement i m requesting you please look into it
-- ghc ho, 2022-10-20

### *---- "Pathetic app!"
Pathetic app! Zero user experience. No options to filter. Categories are absurd. Still if you browse patiently, 80% books are out of stock. Utter waste of time!
-- 1sasa@work, 2022-09-05

### *---- "Deviating from purpose"
App needs major fixes, with existing bugs it is not allowing me to place my order!
App is a medium to keep in touch with millions of users but with this kind of app, BookGanga is deviating from their noble cause, so kindly address on priority. You may be losing many users your unknowingly!
-- SRK_2012, 2022-02-13

### *---- "Pending order from 2020. It has been 2 years now."
Ordered books in 2020 still not received it. Grievance redressal mechanism is poor. Please deliver my order at the earliest.
-- kanhaiyeah, 2022-02-12

### *---- "Good"
I have bought several books from the bookganga. Till now the experience is good. App is also simple to use.
