This was one of the best villas to stay at, we have stayed at many villa and this one is at the top, nice, clean tidy, rooms clean. Kitchen appliances! The staff were really amazing and helped everyday! It's located in a quiet place but close to everything you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's wanting to stay in Seminyak!

Excellent Clean New Quiet 5 stars

The view was fantastic and the facilities more than reasonable. Stylish and modern. Great pool and walking distance to everything in the CBD. Staff and guests were very friendly and helpful and I didn’t feel lonely over Xmas at all. If you need an escape for a few days, well worth it!

I booked a hotel apartment that was advertised as 4 stars with plenty of perks. I confirmed the booking, but a week later, it turned out to be a 3-star single room, more like an Airbnb, with a requirement to clean the room before check-out! This is the last time I’ll ever use this terrible service. From now on, I’ll book directly with hotels. I paid $500 per day for that accommodation! So dodgy!

The house was perfect! Aircon was great and the whole family had so much fun in the pool! Thanks Craig for a great stay!

Stunning accommodation everywhere high end fittings very comfortable beds and lots of little extra touches eg bottled water x 2 Prosecco, milk for coffee , biscuits, croissants. 10/10 v

Great position, lovely room. Only downside for us was 4 flights of stairs with a big case. But worth it as the room was very comfortable

Hotel does need a lift, the stairs can be difficult to manage for the older persons. Otherwise room comfortable and was what we required. The Manager was very polite, positive, made us feel welcomed.
