This place was amazing, close to everything, we didn’t have to rent a car because we could walk around the restaurants the sightseeing. I loved the view from the bedroom, my husband enjoyed the terrace area . We highly recommended !

The Inn is very comfortable clean and staff is friendly. Great location in safe area with lots of restaurants and cafes. Alex is amazing and goes out of his way to make your stay special. All were very accommodating.

We booked and cancelled early with no penalty. Still waiting for our refund in month two of original booking. Stay miles away from this site. Horrible booking experience. Terrible customer service.

I’m m on my third hotel booking through Booking.com and got a confirmation # only to have them st the hotel look at me sideways and say that confirmation number means nothing to me. I have nothing in my computer. By the time we get to the hotels and have to manually book in right there , the single queen beds are gone and am taking a lesser room with just a double bed( for two large adults) . I will no longer be trusting this app with my reservation.

You do not take customer notifications seriously. You need to delete and cancel the sites that are complained about booking.com

I booked an apt for a night through them and when I reached there the apt was so dirty I couldn’t even stand there someone left cigarettes and used towels and all that in the apt. I called customer service saying I have all the pictures and informed them that I am leaving right away and not staying there. I then had to book another place for 3 times the price and after back and forth with booking.com for about a month they didn’t even provide me a refund for a place I didn’t even stay at. They kept asking me to talk to the place owner and ask for a refund. Worst customer service and I will try my best to rate this app the worst everywhere possible to make people aware of how less they care about customers.

i’ve truly never had any issues with the app. i’ve booked around 6 times this past year in various location in europe and found the process quite convenient. the first location booked ended up being quite sketchy and wasn’t even a real accommodation just a very sketchy part of town with what looked like rundown apartment complexes. nonetheless, the booking had somehow been cancelled a couple hours before my arrival and although i did not receive notification of this change, i obviously checked upon arriving to what was supposed to be the front door of my accommodation. booking.com had given me a full refund for this accommodation and i quickly ordered an uber out of the area to a new location where i was able to book a room on quite short notice (also through booking.com). i find the cost of rooms through this app to be typically lower than booking through the accommodation (hotel, hostel, etc) directly and have even encountered many nice (and fairly cheap) hostels throughout my travels in which i felt very safe. i have never been faced with a situation where i had to use the customer service, as the app has always had things figured out for me without further action needed, so i cannot speak to those reviews saying negative comments on this service. i will continue to use booking.com for my future travels and hopefully will never encounter such negative experiences where i am forced to switch to another provider.😊😊 ps…booking.com feel free to give me discounts for my loyalty❤️❤️
