Ive been using this app many years . But this year few month , I tried to book flights first they took my money and later they cancel my flights, and then they keep saying they already sent money refund. But when i look my bank acc. I didn’t get my money yet. Im so upset this apps , they ruined my holiday and cost so much time..

Olen pitkään käyttänyt sovellusta, ja olinkin tyytyväinen niin kauan kunnes tuli tilanne jossa tarvitsin asiakaspalvelua. Yhden reissun aikana tuli ongelmia autovuokrauksen sekä majoituksen kanssa, ja en lopulta saanut maksamaani autoa, enkä majoitusta. Asiakaspalvelu oli luokatonta, enkä saanut mitään korvausta koko asiasta. Lisäksi tuli 130€ puhelinlasku asiakaspalveluun soittamisesta. EN SUOSITTELE KENELLEKKÄÄN Aluksi asiakaspalvelusta sentään vastattiin, mutta kun eivät suostuneet auttaa millään tavalla, minun viestiketju suljettiin, eikä uusiin keskusteluihin vastata. Sama koskee myös puheluita.
