Ryanair app
This app consistently provides unreliable information which is later covered up with deceitful explanations. I have encountered multiple instances where the data available through the app did not reflect reality, causing significant issues during my travels. Customer service responses consistently claim that updates are in progress, but these explanations raise more questions than they resolve, offering no real solutions. The developers urgently need to improve the accuracy of the information and the handling of customer complaints. As it stands, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as it only leads to unnecessary complications and frustration.

Messaging doesn’t work
There is a serious issue with messaging in the Booking app and the website as well. I can’t see and read my messages and don’t get any of them. The page and the app say that I can see messages if I have bookings. But I do have, not only one but more in 2-3 weeks time! Please fix this issue ASAP because I can’t communicate with the accommodations and I guess the hosts can’t reach me either.

booked a family vacation
I recently booked a family vacation in the Philippines through the Booking.com app, only to discover upon arrival that the accommodation did not exist. Despite repeated efforts, Booking.com has been uncooperative in issuing a refund, leading me to file a complaint with the European Commission. Regrettably, the situation remains unresolved, and my money has not been returned. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Maga a szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Közel a belvárosi rész, minden séta távolságon belül elérhető. A szállás felszereltsége szuper, ami kellemetlen volt hogy, nem volt hűtő a szobában illetve nem volt fűtés sem. A felszolgálók kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Reggeli nagyon finom volt, laktató viszont kicsit kevés volt a választék.
