No confirmation
I made a booking through trivago that allowed me to find a cheap rate for a hotel in coronado through booking.com. I booked and reserved the dates I wanted but never received a confirmation email from booking.com. I contacted them several times and they kept telling me to send them the information, which I did. They asked me for my confirmation number and I replied twice that I did not get the confirmation because I never received an email from them. I called the hotel directly got the confirmation number sent it to booking.com and they’re telling me that, I need to contact them in Amsterdam, as in the Netherlands. Not in the United States and they do not have an 800hundred number. Terrible customer service, I’m thinking of canceling my booking and rebook through a different site.
