They cancelled our booking 2 hours before our check in and the host is saying its all because of a system error with booking. When we call customer service they always hang up we have called 10+ times and they do not help at all, we already paid and are now stranded on the street, would not recommend booking.com to anyone

We stayed two days in the apartment. It was really nice, new, clean, quiet and close to many interesting places, restaurants and shops. The swimminpool is a great plus. The employee was very friendly and helpful. We recommen the apartment highly.

Changed a date on a hotel room. Shortened my stay by one day. When I got there, I was charged for the day I had shortened, a month in advance, they needed a conformation from Booking of my changes in dates before they could refund me this day. Booking have not replied to me about.
