I worked in many hotels and always there was problems about there customer service specially in Turkey. I think it’s the time to use another app for hotel reservations. Ms. Gunel for example today from Booking.com answered the phone telling us we are not working today call tomorrow to solve your problems. Please let’s be more professional when we are hiring our teams.

We booked an apartment and paid the price in full and upon arrival and after countless attempts to contact the host, she told us that the apartment no longer works with booking and that she is not responsible for the reservation. We were left in the street with a 10month old child!!!!! Very very disappointed. Wont ever book again through the app

I booked Eid flights from Riyadh to Amman through Booking.com. The airport was very crowded, and Saudi Airlines told me to run to the gate without checking my baggage. I missed my flight because the gate closed 3 minutes earlier. I called Booking.com over 30 times—no real help or updates. Now they want me to pay huge fees to cancel or reschedule, with only one hour to decide. Their service wasted my time and ruined my holiday.
