None of god service
Support doesn't work at all. Enquiry I sent status unsolved for more than 2 weeks. Hotel doesn't reply, booking support does the same. Great job. Update 2nd January 2025. After 3 attempts to get the solution I still have standard reply that someone should contact me within 24 hours. There problem is still not solved.

This is just a wonderful hotel!!! rented a duplex and there was everything very clean and comfortable looked the room better than in the photo and the staff they are very polite 👍
