Hope to get more rewards

I cancelled my reservation the same day, rather within the same hour and up to day i have never received any refund. That was the 20th August, its 24th September today

There is data breach in this app, someone had my data, tried calling me and defrauding me using my credit card. I had to block and replace my card. They have a booking.com link allegedly for booking confirmations. Check the security of your app.

Reliable and super helpful

I had a pleasant stay, the apartment is clean and host is very responsive. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone who needs a comfortable and quiet place to stay.

I booked a property through Booking.com and had to cancel within the free cancellation period. Despite following all the terms, the property still charged my card — and Booking.com offered no meaningful help in getting my refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept redirecting me back to the property, leaving me stuck in an endless loop with no resolution. A platform that takes commissions from bookings should also protect its customers when issues arise, not just pass the blame. I’ve since closed my account and will never book through them again. Poor customer service and zero accountability.

Booking is the best travel companion…..gives security and confidence when I travel .
