Booking.com Travel Deals

I always book with Booking and it never failed. But this time, my brother in law was debited twice on his account for an apartment in Madrid (Chahine Ghorayeb) and till now nothing was done even though he called you many times, and everytime someone is picking his call without follow up.. hopefully it will be solved so i continue using booking.

Apartment is so cool and staffs are so helpful and friendly

Very clean and great WiFi. Also love the paper water packs and appreciate the self check in process. It’s in a good location, close to metro access and not far at all from the points of attraction. The breakfast is pretty basic but still good and filling. Will be difficult to locate hotel, for a first timer and bathroom is really tiny for even the double room but all in all, will book again.

I have been using Booking.com for over six years now I have a meeting at Lagos today and book an appointment with booking.com but unfortunately the meeting was rescheduled and am trying to reschedule my stay at the apartment but their service is not responding and it’s started that I will be debited that amount if I fail to show up please respond to me….

Totally enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing,always ready to help. Love my room and the breakfast and dinner. I Highly recommend.😊

Customer service needs improvement though

This is the worst apartment have ever stayed. No light for almost 10hours from night till morning. Also for water. You need to call them every time you need to use the bathroom to pump water for you. Very terrible experience. Never again
