Didn't expect that the hotel wouldn't be accessible with cars as you have to navigate to a small alley. Nevertheless, it was a manageable short walk from the main street. Location wise, it's very close to Bui Vien Street. There is a small local restau right outside the hotel cheap and delicious, close to money exchanger and marts. The host is very heplful and responsive to our queries, even answering questions late at night. Room was spacious with complete basic amenities. Would suggest something that would cover the entire glass wall of bathroom for privacy. There is no elevator so you have to be ready if you have brought lots of luggage. Overall we enjoyed our stay. 4.5/5

I was charged twice on my visa card. All hotlines are not working. Customer service takes toooooo long to respond

Nice convenient place as it is near the airport and just across is the Grand Mall. Place is quite and the care taker is very friendly

The location of Holiday Home is very good - near the famous tourist attractions, the night market and the best Pho restaurant in Hanoi. Tony was very responsive to inquiries and help needed, always ready to take care of our needs and recommend the places to visit. We had to exchange some foreign currency and he gave a super good rate. He is just a text message away 😊 Try the local dishes near the hotel, they are very affordable and so delicious.
