We're excited so much to sleep at condotel at Thamrin Recedence but the booking.com scammed us with the ammount 350 dollar imagine the trauma and the stress we got from this account we sleep at street in our first night in Jakarta because no more available room
Save yourself from booking in this app. Once you cancel or the property owner cancelled your booking, you won't get your refund immediately. It's been almost 1 month of waiting and still no refund yet. So disappointing! Even the property owner told me that she hasn't received the payment yet. My god! So Stressful!

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience with your platform. I booked and paid for a room, only for the host to cancel shortly afterward due to being “fully booked.” Not only was this extremely inconvenient, but I was also informed that I now have to wait 7–12 business days for a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I paid upfront in good faith and received nothing in return, now I’m left without accommodation and without my money for nearly two weeks. This delay is not just frustrating, it’s completely unreasonable in 2025, especially when the cancellation was entirely on the host’s side. Given this experience, I no longer feel confident using your platform for future bookings. I will also be sharing this experience publicly so others are aware of the risk of paying for services they may not actually receive and the slow process of getting their money back. I expect this complaint to be acknowledged, and I urge you to re-evaluate your refund policies in cases where the customer is clearly not at fault!!!!!
Listed a bogus property without berification process. We demand full refund Booking.com. Next time do your work properly. Many people are relying in your platform for vacation and relaxation only to end up frustrated and stressed out because you losted a bogus property in your site
