False advertising is common

Very good

Very bad hotel and very bad service and staffs . Early check in with additional 50 riyal and if you check in on time it take very long time also booked rooms are not available . Very bad room service . Toilet have maintenance issues . Next day early morning staff will knock the door and wake u up and say are you checking out today if so it is at 12 pm !! What the hell !!! When called the reception the answer is no one from our side did this . Please don’t book this hotel

I’ve always trusted Booking.com for my travel plans, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I booked a property and paid 1,500 QAR in advance. The listing showed availability but after booking the host told me the house was not actually available. When I questioned this, the host rudely said, “It’s my house I can do whatever I want “ and then hung up the phone. I called again to resolve the issue, and he hung up again. Absolutely unacceptable. As a Marriott associate and Titanium Bonvoy member, I am used to a high standard of service and professionalism even when using third-party platforms. This was the worst communication I’ve ever encountered. Booking.com should do better vetting of its hosts. If hosts like this continue to be on the platform, I’m sure many loyal users will lose trust and switch to other more reliable booking services. I was forced to cancel and still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing.

I made a non-refundable booking under my name for my brother, and I sent an official authorization and both our passports. The hotel refused to let him in. I was forced to make a new booking under his name, paying the same amount again. I have filed an official complaint due to the unprofessional and rigid attitude of the management. Very disappointing experience.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the food , the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice and always ready to help. The breakfast was very good .
