First of all, thanks all of staffs being kind, always smile at me. I felt peaceful when i stayed in your Hotel. Regret, i only had one night chance to stay at Patong because of my flight. Even not expensive price but very Good View, big room, i believe that every guest will like to stay in your CoCo Boutique Hotel. Next time i'm sure that first i will book to stay in your hotel again. I love place and best staffs in your hotel.
We really enjoyed staying this minimalist unit. Will definitely recommend this and looking forward to stay longer next time, 1 night is not enough for this freshly vibe unit. 10/10. ❤️
We arrived at midnight at the Don Mueang airport and the hotel owner helped picking us. He offered us free drink and free food when we reached. When we want to Chatuchak market, he help us get free MRT ticket to the market. Wonderful personality! Highly recommended. And to note Mr Kong can write to us only, because he cannot hear, but it does not affect his effective and informative conversation. Hope all the best will come to him.

The app is not secure. Hackers used the hotel’s account with Booking.com to try to scam me into thinking there was a problem with my booking and that I should provide fresh payment details. The communication was through Booking.com’s app platform and it therefore looked like the hotel was officially trying to contact me. I wrote directly to the hotel to verify and they claimed this was not from them. This scam attempt was reported to customer service at Booking.com, which informed me that my report would be transmitted to their technical team. I have heard nothing from them ever since and it has been more than a month. Just yesterday, 2 days before check in, the scammer tried again to inform me that there was a problem with my booking and asked to obtain payment details. So clearly, the problem has not been resolved by Booking.com. It was just brushed aside. My personal data has been accessed without my consent and there is zero security. This company and its app is better renamed as Booking.con.

The stores should allow no stars given . Even one star irks me . Booking.com was a great app in the past. Till they incorp private property owners . They allow these any strangers to scan the passport . It now degrade to a scary website . On top many reviews are fake. Pump up the stars . Please look carefully . The room was running with cockroaches. Wanted to ask booking.com no one get back to me cos no customer services. No longer trust booking.com and KLCC management in Kuala Lumper .Frankly do anyone know it a disgrace to your nation given so many fake reviews to pump up your stars. It look bad on your country under tourism.
