Just frustrating sometimes dealing with the actual Hotel!

Tom was first class in Brighton 🫶

Stayed at Birmingham Holiday Inn Snow Hill in June 2024 for a gig and I couldn’t of stayed at a better hotel! We had an issue getting into our room and I went down to the customer service desk and there was no issue with them changing our room straight away! Bonus for us as we was put on a higher floor, view was amazing, security of the building was top standard, amazing staff, rooms very clean with complimentary shampoo & hand soap, bed was really comfy and next morning we had breakfast that was included in our price and there was so much to choose from, will definitely stay there again if I’m ever visiting Birmingham. Thank you staff at the Holiday Inn Snow Hill

I really love the hotel , the receptionist guy seems so friendly and he was very helpful. The room is exactly as the pictures i saw online and very clean . Highly recommend

I’m implore you not to use this company, they are trash. They don’t bother booking your reservation with the property and then leave you stranded! They have zero interest in customer service. My advice, tell everyone you know to steer clear of this company and do not give the businesss. LET’S MAKE THEM GO INTO INSOLVENCY!!!

What a beautiful place lived up to everything and the host Sadique was amazing lovely woman and so funny use won’t regret the stay people trust me worth every penny

Clean and enough space for up to 5 people location is great very close to the beach and the shopping street loved the balcony and communication was absolutely fab friendly and helpful Thank you
