If your accommodation is not as described or there’s a problem, booking.com will not refund you, you will only get back what the accommodation owner decides, this could be nothing! No protection for customers at all
Angry bad booking.com no available
I selected booking.com app When I was search any hotel any star in Istanbul immediately. There was unavailable room. I was panic and rush hour. I tried hotel.com app search hotel and it has found one only star 3 last left non-refundable I was quick paid it. One hour later for I checked booking.com app there availability room other hotel really nice but too late. I went and arrived in the hotel has poor service everything. I were angry bad booking.com has not availability then one hour later has availability.
Better than expected
This is actually inside the train station, above the luggage storage (entrance is on the side of the building) so really super convenient for that. Not as noisy as you would imagine. Facilities are clean, there is a kettle and tea and coffee for communal use. I think they have a total of 6-8 rooms that share two bathrooms, so not too bad. Apparently the luggage storage keeps your luggage for free after check out if you're staying at the hotel, but haven't tested that in the end.

Great app
Perfect Holiday Booking App
We have used this App for many years and it really is so easy and interesting to find out about places to visit. I suppose there are many ways to do this nowadays but I doubt any of them are more user friendly. Once you have booked a place to stay you will find everything you need on the App, just a click or two away. Highly recommended.

4 night family stay
Highly recommend, comfortable accommodation, friendly helpful staff. Peaceful and relaxing stay myself, husband and 3 grandchildren, enjoyed the swimming pool.
Lovely hotel, great food and surroundings
Hotel was very nice. Very clean and vacuumed well. Swimming pool was brilliant and we enjoyed using it. Nobody around to assist so make sure you have all with you before you use it, as separate from hotel. We had a family room, plenty big enough. Double bed mattress was a bit hard but pillows were soft. Single bed was fine. Bathroom a bit small , Shower needs attention, wasn’t working very well but the bath was fine. Noise from other rooms were very clear as paper thin walls it seemed. Breakfast was paid for separately from the room but worth the money. Cooked breakfast of choice with toast plus cereal and juices with tea or coffee for £9.00. Olly, one of the waiters was very nice and found us a high chair with no bother. My granddaughter cheered each time he brought things to the table. Our breakfast that was gluten free was well catered for. Will use again very soon, very pleased.
Helpful customer service and useful app
I use booking.com for all my accommodation when travelling and it has never let me down. The app is easy to use, you can see the ratings, pictures, distance from the city centre, facilities and more. I also had trouble with one accommodation recently and booking.com customer service were very helpful, contacting the accommodation too and helping me with a refund. I can’t thank them enough. Overall I would recommend using this app to book your holiday.
