Worst Customer Service experience. I paid from the app and when I got to the hotel I was told that there is no available room then I had to call Booking CS I stayed on the line for 3 hours with 3 different representatives. None of them was able to solve the problem I had. I’m looking for the refund from booking.com because of this fault I had to spend the night outside.

I stayed at the hotel paying full amount under confirmed booking, but booking.com cancelled it automatically

Я была пользователем приложения несколько лет. Два года назад в Шардже отель сам отменил бронь, без моего согласия. Сейчас не могу отменить бронирования без штрафов, хотя срок бесплатной отмены до 5 июня. К сожалению, эта компания перестала функционировать так как раньше. Никто не отвечает на запросы и не несут никакой ответственности.

Здравствуйте! Замечательный отель! Очень вежливый персонал, чистые комнаты и вкусный завтрак. Отдыхали с детьми, дели купались в бассейне. На ресепшене сделали комплимент. Если в Самарканд, то только в Kohinur Plaza!
