Poor support and unfriendly policies  ( booked a stream and  found that steam will be available at a later date, might have missed the fine detail nicely hidden in small fonts, when I reached out to support , the agent failed to provide any reference to the policy that stream can’t be cancelled, instead kept repeating he won’t be able to cancel , saying it’s a general policy) have seen much better support from ur completion - best of luck folks

I had the worst experience with BookMyShow. I hosted an event through their platform, and despite fulfilling all my commitments, I haven’t received my payment. It’s been weeks, and their customer support is completely unresponsive. I’ve sent multiple emails, but no one even bothers to reply!

This is absolutely unprofessional and reflects poorly on their ability to manage events and treat their partners fairly. If you’re an organizer or event host, STAY AWAY from this platform unless you’re ready to deal with delays, ignorance, and a complete lack of accountability. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
