Errors on many features/Terrible customer service
-Huge errors from the beginning. Refunds are broken. -Calendar had been changed to times I’m not even working without my permission or knowledge that it’s happened. - I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to have a meeting about many different errors I’ve encountered. Customer service is abysmal. - I’ve lost more money than I’ve made due to their mistakes. - It makes your business look highly unprofessional. - If you read what others are saying thoroughly online, their reviews are edited, falsely created and poor ones are deleted. Yikes all around, steer clear! - I can see on their poor reviews they reply suggesting several email addresses. I have checked these and have already emailed every address they have suggested before a Booksy representative comments on this to suggest there is any more their customers can do to find a resolution to Booksys incompetence. 👍

I absolutely love the Booksy app! It has made my job so much easier and more efficient. I set up a deposit system and no show protection which gives me so much peace of mind for bookings. I no longer spend so much time going back and forth with booking in clients as they can book themselves in through my booking link which I have integrated into my Instagram and on Google where new potential clients can easily find my business. I had tried other booking platforms and this by far is the best as it delivers everything I need to run a successful, efficient business
