Constantly logs you out, also has an option to minimize gaps between bookings but still lets people book between appointments, if every cut is 30 min times should be 10:00/10:30/11:00/11:30 but instead it lets people book dead center at 10:15 taking what Could of been two appointments but now you can o my book one I that hour cause it allows people to book whenever. On a normal booking day I can get 11 but when it lets people book when they want I can only fit 5-6
What company do you know who offers customer service that is worse than them?
I have screenshots and videos of me sending over 20 messages back to back without being even answered by automated computer. I have been owed $270 from Booksy for over two weeks. They refused to pay me because they say stripe is responsible for their payments, I call stripe, stripe denies to have full access to my account saying that they are unable to do anything because Booksy is responsible and use a third-party.. Booksy out sources your clients to other shops when you’re not in the area and refers them to other barbers. There is no loyalty to the barbers only to generate more revenue on their platform. They fail to secure actual bank cards and allow people to set up with cash cards with no money on their account. You consistently get burned on cancellation fees you get forced to do no-show protection, and then your no-show protection money cannot be collected because they refuse to release your funds. so unprofessional on many levels if it wasn’t for my 165 5 star reviews, I would’ve left over a year ago. The only thing they have going for their interface everything else is absolute garbage.

I don’t know how many time I go to look at Booksy and se that my “ free subscription has expired”
At first, I thought it was my fault but then after the third time that when I go open Booksy, I see this window that says my free subscription has expired and then I can’t even log into it but then I’ve been paying for it all along. Super annoying. I’m ready to leave this crappy site.!

Llevo años con ellos y voy a mover mis clientes a otra app donde valoren más.. en esta app cualquiera comenta algo de tu trabajo si tener la razón y ellos no te defienden en eliminarla ni hacer nada para que te defiendas, aquí no valoran el trabajo de los que mantenemos esta app

Ima a barber and had a lot of trouble with staying organized or bringing in new clientele through any other app an Booksy hands down has been the best !. keeps my income organized and gives my clients an easy way to see what times I have open on my schedule! I love Booksy !
