Please help ive been playing it for a year now and this just happened

i like this game since in friendster.. but now is you need to pay more to get strong that is very unfair to the other player thats why many have already quit this game.. now has less player but too many server.. its better have a spa and auction like before so that you sell items.. i prefer also make an ads so that some of the people see this game and try to play this game..i dont want to vanish this game because of the less player. and also many bug when play arena or dungeon i hope it will fix as soon as possible.. i hope you make actions for this.

please bring back the spa and please make an update so ican send my items and weapon to somebody ! and coins so i can help some newbie

1. eventually the game gets boring.. no "replaya ility".. cant even hunt for items.. 2. extremely pay2win game.. like even hair color change card cost coins.. 3. updates takes ages.. the last update were 3-5yrs if im not mistaken.. players need an updated game.. 4. they keep making another servers(worlds).. whats the point of having almost 22 servers.. when players tend to get bored easily with the game.. game moderators/creators should handle the game more efficient.. it feels like they dont know how to do their job..

There are a lots of times where i payed point cards and 2 instances occured to me. I didn’t receive the event rewards, and top-up didn’t reflect in-game. I emailed GM and event though I gave them the details, no actions were made.

The game is pay to win but I'd definitely pay more if I could give items and gifts to other players so I won't need to sell items I don't need.

How to retrieve my account?

Im lvl 55. And already updated the game latest version. Cant log in online
