Worst app ever Can’t even withdraw

I can’t even withdraw from boost mymoney Deposit is still processing for more than a week And I can’t withdraw at all So terrible, never deposit into boost my money Update: I make duit now transfer around 2k to another person at the end of the screen it shows rm2, bravo boost 🙄

Redemption was done last week but still yet to credit. Numerous emails sent to customer service, no reply. No hotline to call.

Close account but no refund

I hv closed my Boost EWallet account for the past 1 month and todate no feedback been receive. No refund been made. The reason for closing are no balance in EWallet account been showed in the Ewallet although there is enough balance to pay. In Boost… they said will get the refund within 3-5 working days but to date nothing although email been sent more than 5 times.
