The app doesn’t allow you to get your free birthday drink even tho that app lets you know.. when you go into the app it still uses your payment details

This app is extremely useful, use it every time I get a boost (which is a lot bc it is pretty much the tastier and healthier Australian version of Starbucks). It’s fricking awesome. One thing I would recommend (unless it’s already a thing) is to be able to add it to apple wallet. If I am wrong and this is already an option I need help to add it. Anyway. Nice app.

The app attempts to load data from an online source, every time it’s opened. When you are in a shopping centre with poor network coverage, it’s almost impossible to load. The menu and club membership details should be stored in the app (on the device) and push updates to the menu as they change. The only data connection required should be to submit your order. There’s plenty of other ordering apps that work this way without issue. I was generous with the 2 stars as I’m giving points for having an ordering app, It’s a great step forward for food and beverage retail. Customisation of orders also gets you points, but not enough to push you past 2 stars… I’m already pushing it to go beyond 1 star. Also, as some of the other reviews have stated, I have skipped boost all together if I can’t order through the app, I’m not a fan of big queues and I prefer to look through the customisation at my own leisure rather ask what I can add on.

Whenever they offer the $6 Boost the app freezes

I ordered two juices from the outlet in the shopping complex my partner and I were in. I placed my order, including payment, then waited, and waited, and waited. Everyone who was waiting for their order when I placed my order received their order. (Fair enough) Then I noticed others getting their orders (hmmm, mine must be soon). Eventually I went to the counter to inquire about my order. I thought I asked quite politely but was told that they’ve been having issues with online orders and I should’ve let them know earlier. Wow, no sign up and no message on the app so how was I meant to know. I know the server had been under stress but I had conscientiously waited until things had quietened down to ask. Sure makes me want to use the app again ….. NOT!

Cannot log in or access any of the features on the app. I just wanted a $6 deal today and there’s no hope. Looking at other reviews it seems it’s been broken for a while now. Boost need to get their IT team on this ASAP.

The app used to work great, but suddenly has stopped working. It won’t let you log in and comes up with an error every time. Even after updates and reinstalling the app, it still does not work.

Updated the app and can no longer log in + every time I attempt to there’s a server error. For the most part the app has always run decently well. Fix please !

This app is rubbish. Can never login. They must loose so much business.

Back in June my partner tried to make a boost account on the app to redeem his birthday drink, the app kept crashing and it wouldn’t give us the verification code to finalise everything. We told the boostie this and showed her his ID, she still refused and said it wasn’t her fault therefore he can’t get his drink. Now when we try create him an account, it says he has an account but we can’t access it because we never got to the Make a password step. I also keep getting logged out of my account and for the last 2 months, every time I try log in it says JSON parse error - unrecognised token. If I do manage to get in, it loads and loads but never displays anything, if you try restart the app, it logs you back out. I’ve missed out on so many of the $6 drink days and boost points because the app will not work, I would have had a couple free drinks by now if the app worked.
