I had an account with boost Last year but I switched because I kept having to pay for data in which the plan I had was unlimited !! So I switched services months ago. I was in the mist of making a new account since it’s been well over 90 DAYS KEEP IN MIND, I upgraded payed in full for my 16 plus with Apple I brought it over to Boost I was instructed to make a new account any email or anything I used I received an error stating “you have an account sign in” after 90 days they terminate your services I payed 60 dollars for my service on December 26th 2024 I logged into my boost mobile app stating I had to pay 60 more dollars on the 1st ! Buyer beware Boost Mobile is the worst mobile carrier out there do your research start by reading all those terrible rating reviews on their app and it will tell you all you need to know about this company. A hacker only has to crack the app once and if they never log out they have all access online to your account. You can change password and email and it doesn’t matter. You can close the app when you open it, it doesn’t require log in and open to account. New log in information doesn’t have any effect unless that device is phsycial selects log out on the screen. Hackers don’t log out and customer service needs better training. I had 3000 dollars stolen because of this flaw . From an online hacker.
