## Boost Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "NOT THEE BEST☹️ SORRY!!"
On my phone it kept giving me stupid issues, such as saying ERROR !! Every time I tried paying my bill or even loading my new payment method onto account kept shutting me out saying ERROR !!!
-- Itz_G3mi, 2025-01-01

### *---- "DISAPPOINTED"
Boost Mobile is horrible. 🙁My monthly bill for 0NE line on a iPhone 12 is $75.00 per month!!! That is straight disrespectful!! Boost Wii not let me change/lower my plan online or over the phone. This is absolutely absurd. I plan to go in store this weekend. If I cannot resolve this issue, I will be switching to a different company!

### ***** "I have had boost for several months now. I even added a line for my nephew on my service. My bill"
Comes out of my checking account every month for both accounts so it is never late. I called for an upgrade today but I was told I was not eligible. Why my bill is before time every month. My other credit has nothing to do with my boost account. I’m verry unhappy. I’m thinking about taking my account elsware.

### *---- "Boost mobile terrible service!"
I had an account with boost Last year but I switched because I kept having to pay for data in which the plan I had was unlimited !! So I switched services months ago. I finally decided to give them another try after months ! Of not having boost ! I was in the mist of making a new account since it’s been well over 90 DAYS KEEP IN MIND, I upgraded payed in full for my 16 plus with Apple I brought it over to Boost I was instructed to make a new account any email or anything I used I received an error stating “you have an account sign in” after 90 days they terminate your services I payed 60 dollars for my service on December 26th 2024 I logged into my boost mobile app stating I had to pay 60 more dollars on the 1st ! What a scam. NEVER AGAIN AGENTS RUDE.
-- Ta'Nasjha, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Customer service issues"
The worst Customer Service support ever. I hung up after 20 minutes waiting for a live assistance and then I was told that it’s a 15 minute wait for an online chat 😱.
-- Freddie 💰, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Horrible"
Since merging the service and app are TRASH the new app doesn’t have a option of looking up all calls incoming and outgoing and also the OLD boost would give grace days if bill was due the new boost cut off line the same day this new boost is TRASH and I will be canceling this service! I’ve been a boost customer for over 15yrs but services is all downhill and I do not like the app or the service
-- Mariah0169, 2024-12-31

### *---- "👎"
Keeps giving me a prompt to sign in but after i put my login info in it just takes me back to the sign in screen.. what sense does that make?
-- Devmichaelg, 2024-12-31

### ***** "Love it"
Not only is Boost Mobile affordable but they offer new phones that can compete with the other carriers…..I am here to stay
-- jayraece, 2024-12-31

### ***** "Great service"
I’m happy with my service Great deals
-- Mari4684, 2024-12-30

### **--- "My service"
To low the internet
