## Boost Reviews in United States

### *---- "I get excited every time my boost order goes through"
I get excited every time my boost order goes through because it’s like a 10% chance it will work
-- B b Murphy, 2024-12-06

### ***** "Not sure what all the fuss is about"
This is a college campus food ordering app and it works great! I can skip the longest lines by planning ahead and using the app to order
-- Dancing Line Reviewer, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Good, when it works"
But it doesn’t 80% of the time
-- Marissa Vargas, 2024-11-14

### *---- "I’m so sorry you have to download this"
Terrible app. Crashes consistently. Always has incorrect food info. Consistently gives me the wrong order. Timing is never right.
-- "Ben W" was already taken, 2024-11-09

### *---- "This app is horrible"
I used this app because they force you too in order to order from certain restaurants I accidentally ordered for a Panda Express in a different location and the estimated time was 35 minutes i texted there customer support 4 mins later and they said no refunds and said it was because they don't have access to the location. Funny because you got access to their money it seems. You should let people know no refunds even 1 sec after your order goes through.
-- dnjfjcje, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Forced to download app to get food that was previously available in person"
Ever since Cal Poly Humboldt began pushing this app it has taken students ability to order certain menu items away that were previously able to be purchased without this app. Not everything needs to be an app especially in places like Humboldt where internet isn’t always the greatest. This app intends to “fix” the hassle of ordering food in person but in reality only makes it even more of a hassle
-- Mrbobword, 2024-10-24

### **--- "Buggy and inconsistent"
App continually crashes when I attempt to enter credit card payment info. I used to use Apple Pay but that no longer works either despite being listed as an option
-- Operasam, 2024-10-23

### *---- "Garbage"
Says 1 meal is worth $.01
-- sans36634674, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Order will not submit"
Piece of sheeeeeeet app
-- Ro rocks, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Customer service is terrible, app is poorly designed. Doesn’t have any location preferences so you’re more prone to ordering at the wrong location. They don’t even allow refunds when you order it at a wrong location. And by the time you get a hold of someone, and the order is complete, they won’t give you a refund. Uninstalling this app. Wasting my time and money. You would think with the power of AI people could write code for an app thats better. Heck, even I could. Compare it to other mobile food apps, when I order coffee on accident somewhere else, they’re more than happy to just make it at the location that I arrived and meant to order at. Greedy company. I’d rather starve.
