App issues

Having ongoing issues with the App. Tried to add a few items to my basket, the Seoulista bundle and Eyebrow gel in the €12 Tuesday offers, and error keeps coming up. Very frustrating and totally unsatisfactory!!

Great for pushing customers back to Amazon

Never recognised my password so my account is blocked and I can’t login to Boots anymore so I have to go back to Amazon.

Not recognising points when paying on line

I have tried to pay with points several times when ordering online. Each time I find that I am asked to create an account even though it is clear that I have an already existing, long standing account with points accumulated. Is this a ruse to get us to spend more money online? Never have any problem spending points instore. Can someone explain this please?

Keeps crashing

App has been very poor of late. When you add or remove things in the basket, it doesn’t update the basket. It will then say your basket is empty when you go to pay. Beyond frustrating.
