หาอะไรไม่เจอเลย หมุนอยู่นั่นแหละ ละก้อหลุด เหนื่อยเลย เป็นออนไลน์ช็อปปิ้งที่น่าเบื่อ ความจริงชอบสินค้าของBoots นะ แต่ระบบไม่ไหว คูปองก้อเก็บยากเหลือเกิน

ไม่ประทับใจ แต่ก็ยังทนใช้ เพราะโปรแอพถูก แต่ก็หงุดหงิดทุกครั้ง

โปรดี ของถูก แต่แอพห่วย Brandดังระดับนี้น่าจะพัฒนาแอพให้ได้ดีกว่านี้หน่อย เม็มบัตรเครดิตก็ไม่ได้ ตรวจสอบรายการสั่งซื้อก็เด้ง คูปองในแอพที่มีให้ลูกค้าบางอันก็เซฟได้บางอันก็เซฟไม่ได้ แบ่งชนชั้นในการรับคูปองด้วยหรอ งง

ของราคาดี มีคุณภาพ

เอาจริงของในแอปถูกเยอะมากมีของแถมแจกบ่อยแล้วค่าส่งถูกเว่อร์10บาทเอง

สั่งของแล้วไม่ได้ของ พบได้ที่ BOOTS TH

สั่งของไปแล้วไม่ได้ของ ไม่มีท่าทีว่าจะติดตามอะไรให้สักอย่าง ขอเลขพัสดุกี่รอบๆ ก็มีให้แค่เลขออเดอร์ สรุป ของก็ตามอะไรไม่ได้ เงินก็เสียฟรี ขอบคุณ

แย่มาก ต่อให้โปรดี สินค้าลดราคาเยอะ แต่สั่งของไปแล้ว รอสินค้าแล้ว แต่ก็ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อเรา โดยแจ้งว่าสินค้าหมด ถ้าหมดแล้วทำไมไม่ตัดสต็อก ให้ลูกค้าจ่ายขเงินแต่ไม่ได้ของ เสียเวลา เสียสิทธิประโยชน์ เสียความรู้สึก

ส่งไปรษณีย์คือห่วยแตกมาก

ระบบห่วยแตกมาก ระบบเช็คสต๊อกของไม่มีเหรอ มีให้สั่งแต่ไม่มีส่ง เพื่อ!!! รอเป็นชาติ สถานะ พัสดุมีปัญหา รับออเดอร์ไม่สำเร็จ แจ้งแบบนี้อยู่ 3 วัน จากนั้นไม่อัพเดตอะไรเลย จนคำสั่งซื้อถูกยกเลิกจากระบบ แนะนำให้ไปชอปวัตสันหรือแอพอื่นดีกว่า

WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE APP IS THIS?!

My first time to try to buy some products on the a boots app but to my disappointment, it’s been more than 1 week since it was ordered and my address is clearly indicated with « Bangkok » address but they sent it to the northern Thailand! This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable ! I am extrêmely disappointed and dissatisfied with this app!!! You’re supposed to make your customers life easier and convenient but it turned it to be a big mess!!! I had to exert more and more effort to contact your customer service which is no use as well because they also blame J&T (carrier) 🤬🤯 I will never ever trust BOOTS at all! If you want to buy something, might be good idea to go to the store but NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS APP
