Kun katson Bootz payn tilannetta seuratakseni maksuja ei sovellus näytä avointa laskua jota kuitenkin Avarda sitten erikseen kysyy. -Tämä hämmentävää. Hankala hakea koko perheelle vaatteita kun sovellus olettaa olevasi vain yksi nainen/mies. -Haluan hakea sekä naisille että miehille ja samalla haen myös lähes aikuisille lapsilleni asioita. Clubi on liian hankala; liikaa boostereita ja kuponkeja. Kupongit riittäisi. Boosterit eivät kaikki toimi; ”hanki pisteitä” joita et voi käyttää koska lisäboosterit ovat ”coming soon”. -ei ole näkynyt. Nettisivut olettaa sinun olevan esim nainen ja heittää jatkuvasti esim urheiluvälineitä perheelle etsiessä naisten välineitä vaikka haen laajasti myös mm miehille vaatteita. Lisäksi esim haulla untuvatakit tarjoilee ihan mitä sattuu myös keinokuitutäytteisiä takkeja. Palautukset tulisi aina olla veloituksettomia.

This is a horrible company that stole my money! I placed the order and then processed the return. I took the stuff to the parcel machine and closed the door. But the delivery person made a mistake and the parcel is not registered. The BOOZT company just doesn't care about what happened. They demand a check from the shipping company, which I did not receive, or forget about my order and money. The worst part is that the shipping company is willing to deal with and reimburse, but they need a claim from BOOZT, and BOOZT just refuses to do it because "I have no proof that I returned the clothes". I went back to the place and found that there were cameras there. They could look at them and just know that I returned the order and also see who picked up the package. What proof could I possibly have? All I did was scan the return label, put the package in the box and closed the door. How do I have proof? And why does the customer have to prove they are not a thief? This is horrible, I have never encountered such abuse and theft from big online stores. Be careful! The company may steal your money!

Ostin housut, jotka olivat vialliset saadessani ne. Palautin tuotteen ja tuotepalautuksen käsittelyssä on kestänyt niin kauan, että lasku on erääntynyt. Ala-arvoista palvelua!!

Olen tilannut XS KOKO. Mutta koko mikä te lähetteli M koko. Lapussa näkyy XS koko, mutta paidassa oli M KOKO. Miksi menee niin!?? Se tarkoitaa huijaa!

Isoja kokoja pitäisi olla enemmän.

Boozt won't take any responsibility for partly mistakes on their end. They really don't care about customer satisfaction and offer 0 solutions. I can honestly say it's been the worst customer service received in Finland (specifically - JOHANNA and VILLE)
